Ingredients
1 pizza crust
1/2 C Alfredo sauce (I chose a paleo Alfredo)
1/3 red onion, thinly sliced
3/4 C broccoli, finely chopped
Shredded cheese of choice
1/2 TB olive oil
Optional: diced jalapeño
Directions
Sauté the onions in olive oil over medium heat until softened.
Spread the sauce over the pizza. Top with the broccoli, onion and jalapeño.
Bake according to your crust instructions.
Enjoy with a glass of Giesen 0% Sauvignon Blanc!
